The appearance of the window is significantly determined by the profile system from which it is made. That is why we have given exclusive properties to our S 7000 IQ profile. They are distinguished by harmonious proportions, rounded shapes, slenderness and a perfectly smooth surface.
Windows with narrow profiles let more light into the buildings.
The S 7000 IQ profile system enhances this effect thanks to the very narrow surfaces of the wings and posts, thus giving the window a filigree look.
Correct structural statistics are ensured by correspondingly larger steel reinforcements in the profiles. The S 7000 IQ system has a depth of 74 mm.
The internal use of five chambers, thought out in every detail, prevents thermal bridges and thus optimizes thermal insulation. In addition, the contact of the inner seals is also provided with chambers.
Thanks to this, the whole profile package, also in the notch area, has five chambers. The tested U-value of this combination of profiles, including the standard steel stiffener, is extremely low and amounts to Uf = 1.2 W / m² K. GEALAN offers, together with the safe S 7000 IQ profile, anti-burglary protection, which is an integral part of the system.
The profile depth of 74 mm, as well as the strength of the materials used and the method of embedding the inner seal constitute an additional barrier, which guarantees greater window safety. It is complemented by stable fastening of fittings in the door frame.
The 7000 IQ was the first profile system to undergo a series of burglary tests at the authorized Technical Test Institute in Germany.
Windows with various methods of opening, constructions, as well as types of profiles in a wide range of applications, have obtained certificates of anti-burglary classes from WK1 to WK3 according to DIN V ENV 1627 ff.
