PRO45 ALU, PRO45 ALU D window and door system without thermal insulation

PRO45 ALU is a modern aluminium system used for making interior and exterior architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation, such as: various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manually and automatically sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, showcases, cash box offices, display cases, spatial structures.

The structural depth of window sections is equal to: 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (casement), and the door respectively: 45 mm and 45 mm. Such assumed depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of one plane on the outside after closing – in the case of a window and the effect of flush surfaces of casement and frame – in the case of a door. The shape of the profiles makes it possible to obtain slender and durable window and door structures.

An important advantage of the PRO45 ALU system is the possibility to bend profiles, including frames, casements and lacings, which enables the execution of various arches and arch structures.

Tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets, which guarantee resistance to ageing during many years of operation.

The characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the window and door systems PRO60 ALU and PRO70 ALU. The versatility and attractiveness of the system is additionally increased by the possibility to choose between several variants of solutions for various construction details, e.g. bottom sealing of door leaves, sealing of sliding and swinging doors, shape of glazing beads, shape and height of door thresholds.

The system allows for the use of pane sets with a thickness of 2 mm to 35 mm in window casements and 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door casements.

The PRO45 ALU system is also the basis for special solutions: PRO45 ALU D smoke-proof partitions and doors (in the S30 class) and PRO45 ALU S „rebate” doors.
